How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Estimated delivery time depends on stock availability and location.

UAE - 1 to 2 days.
GCC Countries (Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – 3 to 6 days.
International - 4 to 8 days.

What if I do not receive the shipment on time?

We provide you the shipment tracking number, which can be tracked on carrier website. Incase if there is a delay more than 24 hours; please contact us on +971 4234 4111 to assist you better.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments are accepted using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED issues by GCC countries.

Will the payment be refunded on order cancellation?

If the products receive are damage or faulty the we will provide you a credit note provided you inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Is payment secure on this site?

Yes it is 100% secure. Details you are asked to submit on this website, will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

Is the pricing inclusive of VAT?

No the pricing listed is not inclusive of VAT, VAT will be added during checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel the order within 3 hours. You will receive credit note for the payment made. What if they cancel the order after that? Need help.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will provide you a shipment tracking number against which can be tracked in carrier portal. (can we provide tracking option in our website?)

How Can I Return a Product?

If the product was damaged in transit or faulty, you should inform us within 24 hours of delivery. So we will arrange for the pickup. Or you can directly drop the item at our store. Provided item must be in original package.
